What We Teach

Traditional Kung Fu: Our Li and Authentic Shaolin Kung Fu has been passed down through seven generations of Li Masters. We refine your skills with over 2000 different self defense applications as well as a full spectrum of Chin Na movements, a highly skilled art of Seize and Control. We combine these open hand forms with a wide range of authentic Chinese Martial Art weapons.

Tai Chi: At Atado we practice some of the oldest and rarest forms of Tai Chi un-changed by the modern world. Our Li and Li Family ancient styles along with Shaolin Wudang style and all very relaxing for both mind and body and can aid in the re-vitalization of the body when practiced properly. The soft and gently movements of Tai Chi make it a wonderful exercise for all ages.

Traditional Wushu: The term Wushu literally means "martial arts" and is widely practiced as an exercise routine all over China and the world. Originally Wushu was developed as a military practice and later was introduced to the people as a general fitness routine. This exciting sport develops personal fitness through solid Kung Fu movements combined with gymnastic style compulsories.

Fitness: We offer an excellent fitness program with high energy and high repetition movements for the complete body workout.

Please note: Fitness can only be attained though a combination of exercise and a controlled diet.
