Atado School of Defensive Arts, based in Waterloo Region and just minutes away from downtown Kitchener, has been serving the area for over 15 years. The school is owned by Grand Master Ron Williamson (10th Degree Black Belt, 7th Generation).
We teach Li Hu Quan (Li Tiger Fist) Shaolin Kung Fu, Wushu and Tai Chi, which has been passed down by many generations over the past 1500 years. Our technique has not been "watered down" or mixed with any other types of martial arts. We want to give students a knowledge which is at par with that taught at temples around the world.
We offer all of our members a fun and friendly family atmosphere at our 1100 square foot facility with fully covered floors (for your comfort). All of our instructors are trained to the highest Shaolin standards and are also trained in First Aid and CPR.
With a track record of over 15 world champions so far, we have proven that we only teach to the highest standards, and pride ourselves in our ability to do so. Along with our other programs, we also offer the Ultimate Cardio Kickboxing Class, the number one way to stay fit and healthy. |
